Constantine Darling
Constantine Darling is a master teacher with an extensive 40-year career in Dance, Martial Arts, Iyengar & Sivananda Yoga, Pilates, Gymnastics, Acupressure and Applied Kinesiology. He has taught dance to over 20,000 students, hundreds of which are professional dancers. Originally from New York City, Constantine began training in dance at The New York City Ballet and The Alvin Ailey Dance Company where he worked as a guest teacher. He eventually took his dance career to Canada as a soloist for Les Ballet Jazz du Montreal and Artistic Director of four dance companies. In Canada he taught martial arts at two universities, and has been a trainer and rehabilitation consultant for university sports teams, extreme athletes and Cirque du Soleil performers. Constantine holds Black Belts in four different styles of Martial Arts. He is the co-author of the upcoming book "Fields of Consciousness." At 60 years young, Constantine is an excellent example of physical strength, grace and supreme vitality at any age in life.
