Join Constantine Darling and Clara Roberts-Oss in Maui to explore both the energetic and physical methods of the Dancing Dragons Kung Fu and Yoga system. On this retreat, Constantine will guide us through energetic exercises such as blind work, developing our pyschic and empathic abilites. He will guide us through the physical form of Dancing Dragons, a martial arts blending together Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Yoga and Dance. To complement his work, Clara will teach a 2 hour Vinaysa Flow Yoga once a day.
